SL50 / SU50 - Automated Handling System
The machines are built to customer specifications to provide the best possible solutions for complex processing environments. The specially designed swivel unit automatically removes panels exiting the processing line and successively lays them vertically in the slot pallet.
This cycle continues until either the pallet has been emptied or the preset number of panels has been completed. The process can also work in the opposite direction for loading panels from the slot pallet onto the processing line.

- No adjustment required for different panel sizes
- The panels do not touch each other to avoid scratches
- Unloading with 1 or more empty panel spaces is possible
- The panel is positioned perpendicularly to the cassette to avoid surface scratches during placement

Automatic slot pallet exchange
Once the first cassette is filled according to the set sequence, it is automatically ejected from the machine onto a trolley, and an empty cassette is automatically loaded in its place, allowing the process to continue without interruption.
Lift for trolley
A lift system designed to adjust the trolley to different working heights or to ensure proper docking of the trolley even if the floor at the customer site is uneven. This feature guarantees safe and reliable handling of panels while maintaining ergonomic and efficient operation.

Various types of code readers can be integrated based on customer specifications. These readers enable automatic identification and tracking of panels or components, ensuring reliable data capture and traceability throughout the production process.
