BLP150 / BUP150 - Automated Handling System
An automated handling system designed for unloading PCB panels from a conveyor into boxes. The unloading process features touch-free centering to ensure precise and safe positioning of each panel.
The system automatically stacks the panels inside the boxes, separating each layer with slip sheets to prevent damage and ensure reliable handling.

Automated Handling System
Additional options:
Box Handling – from 1 to 6 levels
The machine can be loaded with 1 to 5 boxes. After a box is loaded or unloaded, the system automatically replaces it with the next available box, continuing the process until the task is completed.
Automatic Touch free centering
A system that automatically centers PCB panels without physical contact, ensuring precise positioning while preventing damage or contamination. This feature improves handling accuracy and protects sensitive panels during the loading or unloading process.
Slip Sheets
Slip sheets are used to separate PCB panels during stacking, preventing scratches, damage, or surface contamination. They ensure safe handling and maintain the quality of the panels throughout storage and transport.
Panel size adjustment – Automatic 13’’ up to 24,3”
Automatic adjustment of the handling system to accommodate PCB panels ranging from 13" up to 24.3" in size. The system automatically adapts to different panel dimensions without the need for manual intervention, ensuring quick changeovers and consistent positioning accuracy.
Panel Size Adjustment – Through the setting in the HMI 13" up to 24,3”
The handling system allows the operator to select the PCB panel size from 13" up to 24.3" via the HMI. Once the size is set, the system adjusts accordingly to ensure correct positioning and handling of the panels.
DDS - Double Panel Detection Sensor
A sensor designed to detect multiple PCB panels placed together by measuring their electrical resistance. If the measured resistance exceeds the preset threshold, the system prevents the PCB from being sent to the next production stage, ensuring reliable handling and preventing potential production errors.
Lift for trolley
A lift system designed to adjust the trolley to different working heights or to ensure proper docking of the trolley even if the floor at the customer site is uneven. This feature guarantees safe and reliable handling of panels while maintaining ergonomic and efficient operation.
Different Types of Code Readers
Various types of code readers can be integrated based on customer specifications. These readers enable automatic identification and tracking of panels or components, ensuring reliable data capture and traceability throughout the production process.
